A streamlined bilingual publishing process
How we help a data company publish quality blog content
A few years ago, a company operating in the data sector identified a major bottleneck in its content production process: the publication of blog articles in French. Its marketing team, split between the Netherlands and Brussels, published in-depth articles in Dutch every week – highly specialised, technical content, with strong strategic value. However, its largely Belgian audience was expecting a French version that was just as polished and impactful as the original.
Challenge
- Publishing several blog articles per month in Dutch and French, with a 100% Dutch-speaking team
Solution
- DTS translates the articles and publishes them directly on the client's website
Result
- The client only needs to copy-paste the URL of the blog article to be translated and published – DTS takes care of the rest

The challenge
Where things started to get complicated
The client had no internal resources capable of delivering professional and consistent translations. Translating from Dutch is one thing – but translating Dutch from the Netherlands, with its cultural and institutional references, for a Belgian audience, is quite another. Some concepts do not exist, others need to be reformulated, and still others completely rethought to retain their meaning and relevance.
On top of that came technical constraints: the client's CMS often required paragraphs to be shortened or expanded, headlines to be adapted, and the overall structure to be revised. And, above all, the workload was completely unpredictable: sometimes only one article per month... sometimes twenty.
The company needed support. But not occasional support. It needed a solution that would work every single time, without mental load and without coordination effort.

Our solution
The solution that changed everything
We implemented an extremely simple collaboration workflow: a URL pasted into DTS Drag & Drop with possible exchanges via Teams. Nothing more. Behind the scenes, we assembled a dedicated team of three specialised translators, who now know the client's style, terminology, and tone almost as well as their own internal team.
Our translators handle everything:
- Translation
- Localisation for a Belgian audience
- And even direct publication in the client's CMS, including all necessary technical adjustments
On the client’s side, there is nothing left to check or approve. We deliver an article that is ready to be read and already online.
