One of our clients, who leads a corporate communications team within a large organisation, contacted us urgently. A key collaborator, responsible for both content creation and project management, is unable to work for several months. The team was already operating at full capacity, projects kept coming in, and the manager simply did not have the time to initiate a standard recruitment process, especially since it is a temporary absence. What was needed was someone available at short notice, immediately operational and capable of taking over the workload without a transition period.

Once this phase was complete, we presented three fully validated profiles to the client. The decision was made quickly and we handled all administrative aspects right up to the start of the mission.
