    The HR communication team of a major international player in the banking sector had to carry out a strategic project: the complete migration of its intranet to a new platform. A major project, which the communication team, already under significant pressure, had to carry out alongside its day-to-day activities. The objective was clear: to offer employees a more structured, more readable, and more user-friendly portal, in a multilingual environment.

    The intranet migration involved far more than a simple technical transfer. Content had to be reviewed, restructured and validated with business stakeholders, then adapted or translated into French, Dutch and English before being published on the new CMS.


    The workload, initially underestimated, quickly proved to be incompatible with the internal resources available. As the go-live date was fixed and non-negotiable, the client had to find a solution that was fast, flexible, and immediately operational. Permanent recruitment was not feasible, as the exact duration of the project remained uncertain.
